Practical information

    Venue: The Old Bishop’s House, Biskopsgatan 1, 223 62 Lund Sweden

    Presentations: Every presenter should plan for 15 minutes. This leaves time for a general discussion after all the presentations in each session. You are welcome to use power point. Please email your power point presentation in advance, Monday 21st Aug at the latest, to rosanna.farbolkom.luse

    Available equipment: There is no printer available at the venue. As this is a small workshop we ask everyone to bring hard copies of their presentations (if you need one). But there are projectors in every room, as well as Internet connections.

    Latecomers: If you plan to come after registration in the afternoon on the 23rd, please let us know in advance by emailing us.

    Diet: Lunch, dinners and fika will be provided at the Old Bishop’s house. Please let us know if you have specific dietary needs.

    Travel: If you are flying in the easiest thing is to travel to Copenhagen Airport in Denmark and take the Öresund train to Lund C. The trains run directly from the airport. Tickets cannot be bought onboard but there are ticket machines in the CPH arrival hall or you buy them on the Skånetrafiken app. From the central station in Lund there is approx. 10 minutes walk to the conference venue.
