Teaching and Examination

The course is designed with learning aims and outcomes that run through each lecture, seminar and workshop.  The course is based on experiential learning, involving participation in each lecture-seminar, leading to a group project, an individual tutorial and an individually written essay.

The teaching consists of lectures, seminars and workshops that all student are expected to attend. Seminars will involve group work related to the course literature. In these seminars students are expected to present a synthesis and analysis of selected theories. Workshops will involve practical aspects of using methods and concepts concerning media audiences.
